WPCP: problem with publishing

When I tried to publish project ,structured information was not published
due to the next errors:

CTAC0163E: Publish servlet Lapers could not create ResourceManager .
Error: noManager. Check the log on the system with the publish servlet.

WAS and WPS version 5.0

Does anybody know how to fix this error?
p.s. logs free from any information about this errors
