Portal 5.0.2.1 with TAM 5.1 FP04 does not start

After upgrading from TAM 5.1FP02 to FP04 my portal instance does not start
the PUMAService ! A TAM-API error is thrown that a connection to the server
can not be established.
All components are running under Linux Suse 8
