DB2 V8.1 install error on Linux

Hello All,

I've RedHat v9.0 and logged in as root user and trying to install DB2v8.1
[root@Linux 009_ESE_LNX_32_NLV]./db2setup

error:
DBI11901 db2setup is preparing the DB2 Setup Wizard which will guide you through the program setup process. Please wait.

/root/DB2Tar/DB2Setup/009_ESE_LNX_32_NLV/db2/linux/install/db2jinst: line 139: 5880 Segmentation fault $JAVA_PATH/$JAVA_INTERPRETER $JAVA_OPTIONS -cP $JAVA_CLASSPATH $DB2sETUPrUN "$@" 2>/tmp/db2setup.err.running.
