WebSphere Portal 5.1 stub not listed as runtime in RAD 6.0

| Windows XP SP2
Installed Rational Application Developer 6.0. Install WebSphere Portal
Server 5.1 Test Environment install next. Went to Windows ->
Preferences expanded Servers -> Installed Runtimes but WebSphere Portal
5.1 stub does not appear. Let it do a Search but with no luck. What do
I need to do so RAD sees Portal UTE is installed?

Did you select Portal Tools when installing RAD?
