How to do portlet link?

Hi,
I have a portlet named MyPortlet.java that show data within a table on JSP called doView.jsp, I want to put a link (next), with parameters, on the jsp to request the same portlet to show the next values of the tables (like a button that browse values ).
How to do that? how to make url or links with portlets?
