Portal slowness

Hello,
I have a WAS and WPS and DB2 installed on windows 2003 server with good memory and CPU abilities.
Everything wa sworking well.Yesterday i have a slowness on my server due to a process named java.exe which is really CPU consuming.
When i restart my was the problem disappears for a moment and reappers again.
CAn any one help me resolve my problem.
