Get all instances of a specific portlet

Hello,

I need to get all instances of a specific portlet and the associated pages where they are displayed. Is there a way to obtain this information?

When a portlet application is deleted from the portal server, all instances are deleted in all pages, so I think it's possible but I don't know how?
