Hello List!

Here is the situation:

I´m install Domino LDAP 5.0.12 LDAP x Portal Express 5 on Windows 2000 Server, after enabled security-ldap, my user wpsadmin and wpsbind access success the Document Manager, but other users give error Document Manager cannot communicate with WPCP.

I have an access right problem I think,

When any authenticades portal user tries to access the Document Manager
portlet, the portlet is shown but the only thing that is shown is the text:
Document Manager cannot communicate with WPCP.
When I access the portlet with the wpsadmin user this problem does not occur
but works fine.

Another clue that I have is that it worked fine before configuring the
Portal to use the Domino LDAP for user authentication.

I´m install
all Fix Install Success

I have the same problem. I posted in the WPCP forum and got no response. My setup is WP502 on Linux though using Domino 6.5 LDAP

I´m install
all Fix Install Success

but Document Manager show the message Document Manager cannot communicate with WPCP for all users, exception wpsadmin and wpsbind.

The Log file.

I had the same problem but i got it fixed... thanks to IBM support,

u have to go to advanced LDAP settings, set

user filter (cn=%v) change that to (uid=%v)

user id map set it to *:uid

restart portal and restart WAS.

then you will be okay
