Authorization Data Exception occurred

| Hi All,
When I click on the Users and Groups link in the Administration, I get "APMP1000W: Sorry, no user or user group was found!". So I try to display the groups and users thru Resource Permissions -> User Groups, it displays the error GNRL0002E: Exception occu
rred. When I see the View Details I got the following log.
Can anybody help me on this.
I am using WebSphere Portal 5.0. I enabled TAM for Authentication, using IBM LDAP Server 4.1 as user registry.
