Failed to install Websphere V5.0 for Test Environment

| Hi All
I get the message "Failed to install Websphere V5.0 for Test Environment"
when I attempt to install the Websphere Portal V5.0 test environment on RAD
6.0 . I downloaded the various bin images from the Rational site trial
download page. I ran extract which created disk1 - 4 directories and one for
Agent Controller and Websphere Portal UTE. I run launchpad.exe in Disk1.
RAD 6.0 installs sucessfully, but when I attempt to install the Portal TE I
get the above message at the 40% mark.

This has happened consistently on Windows XP SP 2, and Windows XP SP1

| If your RAD install path contains a period, then that might be the cause of
the problem.
