I'm not in support, but again, the fact that it seems a common problem in these
newsgroups doesn't make it a known common problem for the support peoples if it
is not reported in the channels where it can be fixed.
Those of us who choose to use some spare time here do it as such, spare time in which
we try to offer some advice, but that doesn't mean it will reach the appropriate channels
that can fix it or act upon it.
