Author Switching from http to https in a JSR 168 portlet

Hi all,

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find the answer
anywhere. In a JSR 168-portlet, is there a way to switch the mode of the
page from http to https and/or back again in the processAction method. I
have a workflow style portlet serving multiple JSP pages sequentially (user
clicks a submit button, some stuff gets processed on the server and
depending on the result, the portlet uses a request dispatcher include in
the render method to load a different JSP). Some pages need to be secure and
others don't need to be. Is there a way to switch the protocol on the fly?

Thanks,
Dan
