I would like to know if there is a way to set a uniquename on a theme or skin.

It may be possible because all the defaults skins and themes have their own uniquename

exemple:

uniquename="wps.skin.shadow"

thanks

Yes, it is possible using XMLAccess. Set the uniquename attribute in the
skin tag.
