What exactly is the problem?
Does Domino load the WebSSO configuration? --> Look at the domino console and look for the "Succesfully loaded WebSSO Configuration"

Does WPS give you a LTPAToken Cookie when logging into the Portal?
Does Domino give you a LTPAToken when logging in to a Domino web application?

Are both servers in de same domain? I.e SSO wil only work if the domain is the same xxx.mydomain.com and yyy.mydomain.com can share, but it will not work for myhost.xxx.com and myhostyyy.com

Hope this helps pinpointing the problem
