I have just installed WSAD 5.1.2, and am now trying to install the above. When I run the installer, I get to the dialog that allows you to choose what components to install. If I choose 'WebSphere Portal v5.0 for Test Environment, I get a dialog popup say
ing 'The following prerequisite is required' although it doesn't specify any prerequisites?

Have you already installed Portal Toolkit, before installing Test
Environment?
And, are you using Portal Toolkit 5.0.2.2 for WSAD5.1.2 CD (or
electronic delivery image) to install Test Environment?

I have moved on somewhat from my earlier posts. I am now working through the documented steps for installing PortalToolkit 5.0.2.3 and I am just downloading the 380Mb Fixpack2.zip, so I am hoping that I can get a bit further tomorrow. I will keep this thr
ead updated with my progress.

One thing that might prevent me getting much further, is that the installation guide I am using ('Portal Toolkit Version 5.0.2.3 Installation Guide'), refers to a file Was5023CumulativeWindows.zip, and I cannot find this file anywhere on IBMs' site. If an
yone has this file, or knows where I might find it, I would appreciate the help.

One of my collegues had this monday. This happened when he tried to
install the kit from a network directory. Once he copied the files to
his local pc, everything runned well.
