I am using the RAD 6.0 portal project editor to create a portal site. I can create pages and labels, columns and row and place portlets that are in the current workspace (by dragging and dropping from palette) but how do I add/configure other portlets (eg
WCM, world clock, stock ticker etc) onto my portal site?

Thanks

Richard

To add portlets to pages in your portal projects, portlets must either
1. In the workspace, or
2. Defined in the portal project
The portlets are defined when you add portlets in your workspace to
portal project. Also all portlets installed are defined when
you import your portal project from portal server.

I think recommended way to work with portal project is to create
portal project by using import function, not by using new portal
project wizard.

In your case, you need to install all portlets in your portal server,
and then use import function.

*BE AWARE*
If you create portal project using new portal project wizard and then
deploy that project to portal server, all labels and pages under My
Portal will be replaced by portal project.
