ERROR 503:Failed to Load Target Servlet

| Dear All,
I`m implementing WebSphere Portal Enable V5.1 on AIX 5.3 The core installation was ok, afterwards I tried to transfer the Portal database from Cloudscape to Oracle 9.2.0.5 by using WPSConfig database-tranfer & I got the BUILD SUCCESFUL. Then using WAS Admin Console I set classpath in Process Definition -> Java Virtual Machine to the proper location of Oracle JDBC jar file. BUT eventually when I tried to reach the Portal I faced Error 503:failed to load target servlet.
BTW, I did not use the WPSconfig.sh transfer-database-export prior to WPSconfig.sh tranfer-database. (its not mentioned in the V5.1 InfoCenter)
I`ve deployed WPS on WBI-SF 5.1.1 on WAS 5.1.1.1 without any interim fixes.
Kindly advise me

| First of all, Oracle 9.2.0.5 is not on the supported DBMS list. That doesn't
mean it would not work, but just basically not tested.
Second, this kind of problems is usually related to a problem with database.
So search in SystemOut.log to find exceptions. Post them here.
