view mode icon disappered

| Hello All !
I have a strange problem in my WPS 5.0.2.2, suddenly the view mode icons
disappeared from all portlets. It is pretty annoying, when I enter in
eq. edit mode, I have no return to view mode without putting some code
in it. I've tried to change a different theme, but with no success.
Any ideas ?

what happened between - "view mode did work" and "suddenly view mode
disappeared for all portlets" ?
Can you try to list what actions have been performed on the system ?
Are there exceptions in the log files unter PortalInstallDir/log - the
wps_TimStamp.log in particular ?

Hello Udo,
I did nothing, except installing some portlet applications and
export/import pages (with xmlaccess). The strange thing is, that both
out production and test server behaves the same. I think it has
something to do with the export/import pages.
There are no exceptions in log files....

Problem solved:
I took a preinstalled skin, made some minor modifications in it and
installed it back again as new skin. View mode icon is visible again...
