Fix portal 5.1.

Abstract
Anonymous users can not search when "search and browse" portlet is on a public page.


Download Description
Fixed the code. In order for the portlet to work, you need to set the following keyin <WPS>/shared/app/config/services/NavigatorService.properties:public.session=true
