Trouble accessing documents in Document Manager

Hi, we have Portal 5.1 installed with Tivoli Access Manager integrated. The database repository is DB2. When a user, wpsadmin or ottherwise, try to access/download a document, an error is recieve saying "Internet Explorer cannot download Document+Manage
r from MyCompanyServer". MyComanyServer is our WebSeal/TAM server. Portal is on its own server and DB2 is on its own server. Has anybody seen this before ? Has anybody successfully integrated TAM with Portal without having these types of issues ?
