WebSphere Portal Server - Path searched for wmm files is incorrect in Portal after joining a cell

Path searched for wmm files is incorrect in Portal after joining a cell

I added WPS 5.1 to ND cell, but the Portal server did not startup correctly. The SystemErr.log file showed that Portal was looking for wmm files on the following location drive\WebSphere\AppServer\config\wmm\, which is WAS location.

However, the wmm files exist at drive\WebSphere\PortalServer\config\wmm\
, which is WPS location.

Does anyone know why wmm files are being searched for on WAS location after Portal has joined ND cell? Before joining the ND cell, Portal server booted up cleanly.
