There should be a documentation on how to create content in the AppServer\InstalledApps directory. This is where I found mine:
C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\installedApps
\DefaultNode\wcm.ear\ilwwcm.war\webinterface\webhelp\index.htm

But I have trouble finding information on how to render the contents. I know how to use the Web Content Portlet to display it but I don't like this method as it requires to clone portlets. Let me know if anyone knows or come across document on how to di
splay contents or delivery wcm content to websphere portal 5.1. Thanks.
