How can the Content migration from WPCP to LWWCM be done?

Hello!

I'm interested in migrating content from portal v.5.0.2 to portal v.5.1.0.1. In the old version the content is stored both as data files on disk and metadata in DB tables. How can I import in LWWCM all this content? Do I need a special tool for this?
