| The author of the original question (hans.widjaja@alacrinet.com) provided the fix to this problem which is related to the Java Content Repository not being setup correctly:
"
1. Stop WebSphere_Portal
2. execute the following:
<WPS_ROOT>\config\WPSconfig.bat/sh cfg-jcr-resources
"
