portlet.xml cannot be opened in RAD6

Hi,

a problem occured in the last days, that I cannot open the portlet.xml in
the RAD6. It tells me that it cannot be opened with the standard editor,
because of a class cast exception.
com/ibm/wtp/emf/ressource/ReferencedXMIResourceImpl incompatible with
com/ibm/etools/portal/model/PortletAppResource

I'm not really sure since when it happens. I had some problems and so
recently I reinstalled the whole Rad with its Test Env. Maybe someone knows
what the problem is.
