How to create link to a portal page with login

Is it possible to create a link from outside of the portal to a certain portal page and to execute login simultaneously?

For example in test enviroment I can do this with for example:
http://localhost:9081/wps/portal/!ut/p/_s.7_0_A/7_0_D31/.cmd/LoginUserNoAuth?userid=wpsadmin&password=wpsadmin

But this is not useful when moving my application to different enviroments. Is ther a way to use for example unique page names?
