Administration Link or My Portal link cannot be viewed.

I am not able to view any Admin or MyPortal link on on portal page in WSAD Portal test environment. I tried xmlaccess to export&import xml files as given in previous messages in these forums but still cudn't. I can only view samples application page.
I am using WSAD 5.1.2 and Portal toolkit 5.1.2.
Please help me.
