How to create a recovery password Portlet?

Hi

Anybody knows how to develope or where to find a portlet who can do a password recovery with WPS 5.1 with Oracle Database over AIX, i tried to get into the wpsdb but couldnt find the user/password, any idea?.

hope somebody can guide me, thanks and regards
