Author Cant See Edit Button on Bookmarks Portlet

No matter what I do, I cant seem to get the Edit button to show up on the Bookmarks portlet for All Authenticated Users. I've tried applying permissions up to the Editor level for that portlet, and i still cant seem to get to show. Anyone have any ideas
what could be wrong. Your help is GREATLY appreciated.

My mistake, i needed to apply permission on the page to get the button to show up. Should've known.
