Default Theme used to render Help Mode - Where is it located??

| Hi there,
I am trying to change the HTML that is generated with the default Theme that is rendered for the portlet Help mode but I can't find where it is located. I have gone through all the current themes and nothing. Can someone point in the direction of its lo
cation.

| Hi Phil,
Which file you are changing, if it is related to themes make sure modify default.jsp (touch). sometimes you won't get immediate effect better clear your cache directory.
If you are not aware of cache directory, let me know your environment so i can tell accordingly.
