Recovering all WebSphere portal groups

Hi, I am new to WS portal.
I'mtrying to find a method/way to recover all WS portal groups via Java code, through the use of the PUMA/SPI API-Libraries. Does anyone have some sample code or know hou to do it? Any help will be appreciated.
