This is what seen on the logs
2005.12.15 08:11:03.781 E com.ibm.wps.engine.tags.UrlGenerationTag setContentNode
com.ibm.wps.services.identification.SerializationExceptionImpl: EJPDB0049W: Encoded object ID (wps.Login) could not be read.
at com.ibm.wps.datastore.id.RecreatableTransientObjectID.read(RecreatableTransientObjectID.java:181)
at com.ibm.wps.services.identification.IdentificationService.deserialize(IdentificationService.java:569)
at com.ibm.wps.engine.tags.UrlGenerationTag.setContentNode(UrlGenerationTag.java:346)
at com.ibm._jsp._Default._jspService(_Default.java:860)

| Hi the installation is complete or Test Environment
If it is Test Environment
U can double click the Server instance u have created and in the portal tab u select the check box enable base portlets
and save the configuration this will solve the problem
