Hi,

I'm trying to install WEMP 5.1 on RHEL AS 3 Update 4 (single-server installation). The Portal installation proceeds flawlessly and i am able to view the Portal admin page.

Next, i configured Portal to use DB2 as its database. This step was successful too. Now, when i install the fixes and APAR's and then try to access the Portal using a browser, i get the above error. I learnt by googling that its supposedly a database conn
ectivity problem.

I tried several solutions that i came across but all in vain. The above error persists.

Now i re-installed the OS. This time, the DB2 installation itself is giving problems http://www-128.ibm.com/developerwor...d=113945&cat=19

Please advise me on how to proceed.
