error Uninstalling fix PK07923

Trying to uninstall the fix PK07923 getting the following exception:

Exception: WUPD0223E: Fix uninstall failure: The update for component {1} for fix prereq.wcm could not be uninstalled .

I was able to uninstall using the updatePortal.bat file.
