How to export portlet by XMLACCESS ( Portlet builder by Domino )

Hello

I have developed a portlet using Domino portlet Builder. That portlet works fine and Now I want to export it . On domino portlet builder they have export icon when I click it it gives me xml file and below message :

Use the information provided below to create an export portlet file. Copy the information to the clipboard, and paste it into the ExportPortlet.xml file with a text editor. See the help for step by step instructions on exporting and importing a portlet.

Where can I find those step by step instructions ? I try to search infocenter but was not able to locate export -import portlet. they have command for portal data , theme , skins but not portlet .

Any input will be helpfull
