| We participate in IBM Academic Initiative Application. We have installed
IBM Workplace Collaborative Learning 2.6 and have made test course using
Authoring Tool and then imported it into Workplace Learning. And all was
OK with it except report generating. For example being logged in
Administrative interface we go Reports-> Run a Report-> Progress Report
(first screenshot) ->User Progress by Course Detailed (or any else);
after that we choose the user whose report we want to get and the course
user is enrolled; then we select File Format and press continue after
what new browser window titled Reports appears (second screenshot). But
with no result that is the process of report generating doesn't finish
and this can continue for ages. Could you explain why this happens and
how this can be repaired. Thank you.
