Author Wiring Portlet: anonymous communication

Hi,

We are using wiring communication with struts. The communication is working fine, except for anonymous users. Is it a normal behaviour?
I've installed the ibm demo and it worked fine except for anonymous users too.

Thanks.

hi
first of all sorry, i am not exactly replying to ur msg
but i ve an issue on which i need urgent help...
Pls do see if u can help me out..

i am trying with 2 separate portlet application..
one having the source portlet and the another having target portlet.

using IBM RAD v6.0.0.1, i developed both the portlets with the help of various samples, tech articles, ur guidelines and the RAD help,

deployed those portlets in websphere portal (on two different pages),

made the target portlet receiving action "Global",

while creating wires from source portlet page....,

i am able to select the source portlet name, data to be passed, target page, but... on selection of target page, the portal server is unable to find the target portlet on that page..

i tried the same thing keeping both the portlets on the same page..
but still m stuck at the same place..
i ve tried the same thing successfully with the jsr portlets..
i dont know if i am missing anything..
pls help me out..
m running out of ideas
thnx in advance

Cooperative portlets can be placed on the pages for anonymous users but they will not cooperate.
Please see the following technote.
