How to add Custom Property/How to access Administrative Console

Hello,

I'm using RAD 6, and have Installed the Portal v5.1 Test Environment.

I usually start my Portal server up running:

C:\Portal51UTE\AppServer\bin>startserver WebSphere_Portal

I want to be able to add a System Properties under JVM Settings to this instance of the Server. How do I do that? (I have not figured out how to access the Administrative Console)
