I beleive Websphere Portal supports security cache, by which it caches the user credentials and if the user tries to login within the specified time(security cache timeout - 600 ms default) , the login is really fast.

does anyone know if this is something thats taken care of when Global security is enabled on WAS or do we have to configure that..
