Author Error while starting Portal Server

I am receiving this following error when I am trying to start the Portal Server. The stacktrace is as follows:

Non-application exception occurred while processing method "search". Exception data: com.ibm.ejs.container.CreateFailureException: ; nested exception is:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: java.lang.SecurityException: Cannot set up certs for trusted CAs

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/crypto/f

-- I installed the PK23458_50 fix pack, even then I am receiving this error.
Help me to fix this.
