Author Issues when running on server

I have loaded Portal 5.1 on RAD6, when I run on server i get this message:

com.ibm.websphere.naming.CannotInstantiateObjectException: Exception occurred while the JNDI NamingManager was processing a javax.naming.Reference object. Root exception is com.ibm.websphere.naming.CannotInstantiateObjectException: Exception occurred wh
ile the JNDI NamingManager was processing a javax.naming.Reference object. Root exception is java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Any ideas to fix?
