| When the portal is accessed from certain machine the portal is not geteing opened and it just keeps on flickering. But the same portal accsseed from another machine is getting accessed properly. Any body faced similar problem and any pointers to the solut

Most probably that machine has the problem, check that machines browser settings. If a portal opens perfectly on one machine there is no reason that it cannot be accessed from another machine. There are sometimes issues with the page behaving correctly in
IE and not in Firefox, also security settings make an issue sometimes.
