Does anybody know if the WPS 5.1 APIs can be used to programmatically obtain the list of OIDs of all portlet instances deployed on the pages of a portal ?

Ideas, anyone ? I just need to know which API can allow a concrete portlet to obtain the list of all other concrete portlets of the same type deployed on a portal ?
