as far as i know, portal express is using portal 5.0.2, and portal enable should be the full version from 5.1 CMIIW

can somebody please ack this, is it true, that with portal express 5.0.2 i can only develope a portlet using Java jdk 1.3 ??? i've heard that from someone else, but im not sure if its true or not
