Installing WEMP into RSA

| I have been using RAD for a few months now with WEMP and Portal Test Environment. This all worked fine. However, I am an IT Architect so I also need RSA on my machine. As I was installing it, it uninstalled RAD, and "upgraded" me to RSA - Co existence doe
s not seem possible. Its one or the other. I fully understand the RSA is a superset of RAD. I also used the update manager on RSA so I have the latest release.
All the WEMP documentation mentioned RAD, but is it possible to run WEMP in RSA as I am having problems.
When I now start the Portal Server Test Environment WITH NO MOBILE PORTLETS deployed then the server starts with no problems. When I then deploy the sample Address portlet I get exceptions up the ying yang, and the web browser says "portlet not available"
. The first exception to come back is

Anybody got any ideas what I might need to do?
