Reset Local RAD Portal Admin password

Hi
Can someone help me out how to reset local RAD portal admin password or find it?
I was able to get uid from wpsconfig.properties, however password is not stored in file.

Tried to login with wpsbind .. no luck.

I remember there is a way to reset & any help is highly appreciated.
