Please see the attached screen shot,<br />
But basically you go into the resource permissions portlet, then select virtual resource, then look for the users and then the user groups objects, and then click the assign access icon. for both of the last two items you will need to scroll over to get
to these(user and user groups, and virtual resources) as they do not appear on the first pages displayed on the portlet<br />
