This just happened recently after upgrading from V6.0.0 to V6.0.1.1. Here are the steps:<br />
<br />
1. Set browser (FF and IE) language option to French<br />
2. Access portal home page<br />
3. the login screen/portlet shows french text, but once logged in as <br />
non-admin user, the initial page is always English, and only switch to French if <br />
if I click on one of the portlet action links; <br />
4. If I log in as 'wpsadmin', then this problem doesn't appear<br />
<br />
This did not happen before upgrading. Could anyone advise? <br />
