It is the Anonymous Information Portlet on the page with the unique name of <br />
ibm.portal.Home.Welcome<br />
<br />
it is under this path in the manage pages<br />
Content Root&gt;Home<br />
then it is the Welcome page, remove that portlet from the right hand column and it will not show up anymore<br />
