This feature is noted in a few places, but I have yet to see any good documentation or examples of usage.<br />

Which session is checked? The portlet session makes sense for portlet visibility rules, but pages don't have to contain porltets within the same portlet session.<br />
<br />
Seems strange that a page or label can have a session based visibility rule assigned when a portlet applications are not supposed to be able to touch the portal webapp's http session.<br />
<br />
Does anyone have more documentation on the subject? The stuff I've read on infocenter doesn't really help with actually using the feature.
